Flipping Websites for Profit is a Great Online Money Making Opportunity. I have started website flipping at the age of 20 years and at the age of 28 years (IN Jan 2010), I have sold my whole the 100 profitable websites portfolio for whooping US $ 3.5 Million to one multi million dollar dot com company. Isn’t it amazing? Of course, I have worked hard for 5 years to develop a portfolio of 100 profitable websites. But it’s worth it.
In fact, in my whole life, I have developed lots of small to medium sized websites from Scratch and flip them for huge profits later on. Developing a Cashflow producing Asset (Websites/Blogs) is an art that only few people around the world can master and i have that art. Developing a profitable website/blog with a huge readers and a web traffic requires lots of mind work and not the everybody in this world can master this art. And this is the reason why profitable websites and blogs fetch this much of money.
Investors from all around the world have money. But they don’t have a skill to develop a profitable web business. And that’s why if you can build a profitable website business than they will buy that profitable web business from you for as much money as you want. And I have made my fortune by flipping websites only.
Every website/blog has its own value. But unless you sell it, that value doesn’t realize. Take the example of this Blog. The eBusinessFlipper also has some value. But it remains “On Paper” only unless I sell it. And selling a website is also an art. It requires lots of things to sell a website for a profit. You can not just list any website on Flippa.com and expect to sell it for hundreds of thousands of dollars. You will need a good web traffic, Alexa Rank, Backlinks, Revenue and Google Page rank before selling a website. Otherwise nobody will pay you thousands of dollars for your website.
I am expert in developing mid sized websites. I don’t wait to grow any website Large or Giant. Rather than that I love to develop several small to medium sized websites. Well, of course this is my strategy of flipping websites. There are many flippers around the world who develop only one website business a year. But sell it for literally hundreds of thousands of dollars. While I develop 20 website businesses a year and sell them for anywhere between $ 2000-10,000 a Website/Blog. Why I personally prefer this strategy is because suppose if few websites don’t sell than also I make my money. While if you have developed just one website a year than it will be sometimes very much difficult to sell that one website.
Another thing is that, many investors are interested in buying a portfolio of websites for huge premium. So you are in a better position as a flipper if you have a portfolio of websites to sell. I have sold my 5-10 websites portfolio at the age of 25 for literally $ 150,000. And in Jan 2010, I have sold my 100 profitable websites portfolio for whooping US $ 3.5 Million.
Thus, over all Website Flipping is a great money making opportunity online. I am not saying that it’s easy money. But well, It’s obviously a way to make Quick money in less time. If you can master a skill of developing profitable eBusinesses and selling it for huge profits than the future is yours…!!!
