I am Vikki Roy, 28 years old Serial Internet Entrepreneur. I am retired now as I have sold my website businesses portfolio (A Portfolio of 100 profitable websites, Blogs, Forums and Affiliate sites)  for US $ 3.5 Million in January 2010. I am basically from Sydney, Australia but now I am travelling the world as I am retired now. I want to spend rest of my life travelling the world, investing in internet businesses and web properties and playing in world’s best casinos.

I have launched eBusinessFlipper.com so that I can share my own experience of Website Business Flipping, Domain Flipping, Affiliate Marketing and make money online ideas with you. Obviously, I won’t be able to write regularly on this Blog as I am on my world tour. But well, I will surely write great posts about my Internet Entrepreneurship and Online money making experiences whenever I will get a time to write.

My Story-

I born in Sydney, Australia in Jan 1982. I was born in middle class family with middle class parents. My dad used to work his 9 to 5 day time job and mother is a housewife. What I did not like about my dad was his 9-5 job. Since childhood, I was thinking about the lifestyle of the Rich people. I was thinking that how these Rich people can afford to live even without working 9-5?

I read lots of books about the life style and secrets of rich from my local public library. And at that time (in early 90s), there was no Internet connection at my home. I came to know after reading several books about the Secrets of rich  that Rich can afford lavish lifestyle even without working hard because they have build assets in their early life and after a decade or so their assets starts throwing passive income. And this Passive income can afford the lifestyle of the Rich.

While the reason why most of the people struggle financially is because they work hard for the Active Income. I am talking about the hard earned money and living paycheck to paycheck. The main drawback of Active Income is that the day you stop working, your that income will be suddenly lost. While if you have worked hard to develop passive income streams in your life than even if you stop working some day or even die than that income will still keep flowing into your bank accounts.

And that’s why since my teen age, I decided to work hard to develop assets and passive income in my life so that I can enjoy my life even without working hard for money and living paycheck to paycheck.

At the age of 14 (1996), I developed my first website business. Well, it was not the era of Blogs and Google was still not in the market so the website monetizing options were very limited. So up to 2000, I did not make a single penny from my website. But well, the website grew in the web traffic like anything. In the year 2000, I first time installed Google AdSense code on my website and started making $ XXXX every month. And that was literally US $ 50-60K of annual passive income.

In the year 2002, I sold my that website for whooping US $ 150,000. At the age of 20, I have made whooping US $ 150,000. From that day, I realized that college education is worthless. Those who go for college education only struggle to get a safe and secure job in their lives and nothing else. So I started focusing on developing website businesses in my life.

Since 2002, I had started investing my US $ 150,000 in developing website businesses from scratch, Domain Names, Already established websites, Facebook Applications, iPhone applications, Affiliate marketing any many other kind of web properties. I have also made several thousand dollars from eBay. And also made hundreds of thousands of dollars in Affiliate marketing.

I have developed a website businesses portfolio of total 100 profitable websites up to 2010 and sold it in January 2010 for whooping US $ 3.5 Million to one Multi-million dollar Dot com company. When I sold my portfolio, the total annual revenue of whole the web businesses portfolio was US $ 500,000 (Half a Million). And the website Business portfolio was sold for 7 times of annual revenue which is a really good indicator in Business world. Usually Businesses sell for 3-5 times of the annual revenue but mine business portfolio was sold for 7 times the annual revenue. This is because I have also build a strong brand image and a community for many website businesses.

Anyways….So on this Blog, I will share my own personal experience about my journey of How I Build a portfolio of 100 profitable website businesses and sold them for whooping US $ 3.5 Million and retired at the age of 28. Believe me, Retiring at this much of early age and travelling the world, paying in casinos and dating with the most beautiful women of the world  is really a fun and excitement.
